Order Processing Time
Orders will generally be packed and shipped within 2-3 business days, but may sometimes take up to 5-7 business days, depending on product availability. If you would like to ship via expedited delivery service, please be sure to check with us to confirm the estimated delivery date before placing your order.
US Delivery
Hanh Collection ships all orders via FedEx. We offer free Ground shipping for orders over $200 for destinations within the United States.
- Standard Ground 5-7 business days $15
- Expedited 2 to 4 business days $35
Please note the above times does not include processing times.
Taxes
Please be aware that for domestic orders, we are obligated to collect state sales tax in Texas. This amount is calculated at checkout
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns for all unworn, unaltered, unused, unwashed, full-priced merchandise with its original tags.
We accept returns and full refunds on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Intiate a Return
To request a return, please e-mail info@hanhcollection.com and we will respond with additional instructions. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free returns at this time.
The returns process may take up to 3 weeks to complete. Once we can verify that the merchandise has been checked-in and is in good condition, we will email a refund confirmation.
Exchanges
Hanh Collection does not offer formal exchanges at this time. Please place an order for the new size, and we will process the refund when your original purchase is received.
